Amazon Operations sits at the heart of the Amazon customer experience. We look after everything from the moment a customer clicks buy, to the moment their item is delivered – from desktop to doorstep. We do things on a massive scale – millions of packages pass through the hands of our warehouse workers every year. As a business, we do lots of things to attract, engage, support, motivate and enable the brilliant people who make it all happen.
At the forefront of that effort, in Europe, sits our WFS Marketing team. We are a collective of talented individuals managing the media & marketing strategy, reporting, modelling & analytics, tools & systems to attract hundreds of thousands of candidates to our warehouse job opportunities.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented marketer to join our team and lead the recruitment marketing plans for the German market, both at strategical and operational level.
This is an exciting opportunity, as you will lead and ambitiously drive marketing and paid media strategies to support the lead generation of applications for the job vacancies in our warehouses. In particular, you will:
• build a holistic marketing and paid media approach, that drives both brand and growth objectives and ensures long-term candidate attraction and conversion (activating Social, Programmatic, Search and traditional offline media channels)
• drive marketing performance and channel optimization
• manage in-depth report on campaigns effectiveness in collaboration with Marketing Analytics
• influence and engage our key internal stakeholders to support common goals, build collaborative relationships and drive results
• identify opportunities to improve and streamline our current marketing processes

Operationally, you will define and own the marketing strategy, partnering with a team of media and creative agencies. On a daily basis, you will:
• oversee the end-to-end campaign process, coordinating media and creative partners to deliver against business objectives
• keep your internal stakeholders updated on strategies, goals and progress
• be responsible for creating relevant campaign plans including - media, creative and content - to attract, engage and convert our target audience across multiple online and offline touchpoints
• prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time
• engage with multiple stakeholders across the business, working collaboratively towards a common goal
