Our Client: Our Client is an outsourcing company who is working for E- Commerce business with 250 subsidiaries making it one of the largest internationally networked media services providers. Also with more than 96.000 employees in more than 50 countries worldwide and it was founded in 1835, as a German publishing house. They are expanding their services and are opening a new call center in Geispolsheim in a beautiful part of France near the German border in the Alsace 20 min from Strasbourg.

Daily duties:-Answering client's customer calls in a timely manner and providing the best possible support
-Assisting customers with the information.
-Utilizes effective verbal and written communication skills in order to work effectively with customers, other department members and with all members of the company worldwide
-Maintain accurate customer records in customer database system
-Provides feedback on process and support improvements
Benefits:
Salary : 1 490 €/month (1340 € + 150 € : bilingual bonus)
