Daily duties:-Answering client's customer calls in a timely manner and providing the best possible support
-Assisting customers with the information.
-Utilizes effective verbal and written communication skills in order to work effectively with customers, other department members and with all members of the company worldwide
-Maintain accurate customer records in customer database system
-Provides feedback on process and support improvements
Benefits:
Salary : 1 490 €/month (1340 € + 150 € : bilingual bonus)
