Your Tasks

• MAIN TASK: You will support product decisions, build world-class user interfaces meeting internal and external needs, and shape the overall product design process for our in-house software “Remdash”.
• ANALYSIS: By preparing and running user tests or interviews as well as prototyping you’ll be directly involved in the product development. With our tech team you’ll validate hypotheses and put your concepts into practice.
• DESIGN: You’ll simplify complex problems into fun and easy-to-use experiences. By doing your research and using your experience with UI/UX best practices, you will be responsible for creating wireframes to the time of the final hand-off to our developers.
• EVALUATION: To ensure we are creating the best in-class interface for our software, you will regularly run post implementation usability tests, evaluate the feedback or feature requests in detail and work on further adjustments.
• PROCESSES: You’ll work on building a structured product design process, involving different team members or other stakeholders to make sure all assets for creating a compelling user experience are used and implemented.

Your Profile

• PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You bringt 3+ years experience in conceptualizing and crafting digital UI’s end-to-end. By your experience, you are able to identify and assess critical assumptions in product development processes, using qualitative methods like user interviews and usability testing.
• DESIGN ENTHUSIAST: You have a clear understanding of the latest UX & UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Moreover, you bring a feeling for design and are able to adapt it to users needs.
• TOOLS: You have in-depth experience in the usage of Figma and/or Adobe XD
• HANDS-ON MENTALITY & MOTIVATION: You are always motivated to expand your knowledge, work solution-oriented, and perceive every challenge as an opportunity to build a better product.
• LANGUAGE: You are fluent in English. German skills are nice-to-have but not a must-have. Other languages are an advantage.
