Your Responsibilities

• You build and lead an autonomous, high performing cross-functional team of around 8-10 iOS, Android, Frontend, Backend, and QA engineers
• You work closely with other development teams, product teams, and data teams to work in sync to create some exciting cool features
• You constantly raise the bar on user and customer experiences
• You will be representative of the team and accountable for the technical and delivery outcomes of the team
• You demonstrate impact through developing the people, as well as the organization

Your Qualification

• You have 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• You gained 2+ years of experience in leading diverse teams in an international environment with a strong focus on quality
• You must have experience with at least one of the technologies we use Java, Swift, Typescript, or Kotlin
• You have a healthy approach to giving and receiving actionable, constructive feedback
• You have the focus and ability to prioritize your workload using business data and metrics
• You gained solid experience in communicating with various stakeholders and functions across the whole organization
• You show your growth mindset and ability to quickly adapt to change and have proven in previous leadership roles that you have excellent problem solving critical thinking and communication skills
• You show fluent English skills 
• You have got a valid working visa/permit for Germany
