Your Responsibilities

• You will work hand-in-hand and discuss on eye-level with our external partners to identify, analyse, design and implement process- and system improvements
• You will synchronize and standardize processes along our end-to-end value chain – internally and especially with our 3rd party supply chain partners
• You will design, implement, test, refine & roll out new industry shaping processes, systems and standards
• You will provide internal as well as external methodical knowledge for a lean approach as well as the analysis and continuous improvement of business processes and systems

Your Profile

• You have studied management, business administration or a related field and have practical experience in business development or process optimization
• You are willing to travel nationally and internationally
• You show a strong hands-on mentality, pragmatism, and ability to convince rather than push through change internally as well as externally
• You are fluent in German and English; French, Spanish, or Portuguese language skills are a plus
• You are attracted by new challenges and have fun in looking for creative and out of the box solutions after a root cause analysis
