Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java) (m/f/d) in Berlin

You’ll be closely working with two of our founders (both coming from a development background) and taking over strategic and operational responsibilities from them. Together with our team, you’ll continously build and improve our platform to make events the most efficient marketing channel.

What you'll be doing

• Take over the ownership for our entire web application
• Develop and optimize our event management platform and create a smooth and pleasant end-user experience for our customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and optimize existing features and services for performance and stability
• You are responsible for the design and implementation of complex, scalable data processing
• Troubleshoot and work out solutions for complex and challenging problems and collaborate with our founders on infrastructure optimization
• Work in close cooperation with our product team to develop next-level features

What do we expect?

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with focus on Java Spring Boot experience: preferably experience with Vaadin
• Very keen eye for UI / UX / Usability
• Experience in Testing e.g. Junit
• Ability to work in an independent way, drive projects and take ownership
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate efficiently
• Fluent in English
