You will be part of an ambitious team which enables other companies to deliver high quality data to the end customer. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible to optimize our customer related processes, as you will own and provide assistance during the renewal process. In collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Legal you will work to retain current customers and ensure that we continue our growth and success. Therefore it is key to make sure your customers are successful by using our product to minimize churn and grow with them.

Your Tasks

• You will drive growth: Grow monthly revenue by >10% month over month
• You will increase our customer retention and reduce our churn rate
• You will increase customer touchpoints across different hierarchy levels
• You will measure performance and optimize processes accordingly
• You will interact with engineering and product management to influence our future product offering
• You will plan and deliver projects from conception through to completion
• You will coordinate our Quality Assurance activities/ Team

Requirements

• You collected more than 5 years relevant Customer Success, Program and Project Management experiences in a SaaS company
• You have excellent communication skills (in writing and verbally)
• You are able to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
• You own excellent and creative problem solving skills
• You posses an extreme ownership mindset
• You are Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently to deliver on deadlines and ensure timeliness of renewals
• You are thirsty for learning
• You have working experience in a startup environment as a plus
