Your Profile

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD-Program
• You have an empathetic & outgoing personality plus hands-on mentality with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn
• You show outstanding communication and analytical skills
• You have ideally collected previous experience in recruiting / HR 
• You are fluent in English (as most of our existing team members speak German, German skills are also a plus)
• You are available for 15 – 20 hours on average per week (remote work is definitely possible)

Your Responsibilities

• Sourcing - Support our team to find talented & well-fitting team members
• Screening - Prescreen incoming applications and suggest next steps
• Supporting - Help new team members during the onboarding process and colleagues with HR-related questions
• Optimize - You are looking for opportunities to improve our recruiting & hr processes

In your role as a Working Student in Talent Acquisition (m/w/d), you work directly with our founders to ensure that we find the right colleagues for our team. Based on your background and interests, you will also be working on employer branding topics.
