Senior Quality Manager in München, Deutschland; Deutschland, Europa

· Bachelor's degree, ideally related to Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Mathematics
· Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, attention to detail, and good business acumen. Experience in using KPIs to understand and improve business and/or operations performance.
· Proven background and prior experience in a project management or operational role within a parcels, logistics, last mile delivery or supply chain environment.
· Experience with managing cross-functional projects, dependencies and bottlenecks, providing escalations management, anticipating and making trade-offs.
· Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with project stakeholders.
· Fluent in Excel. Basic SQL knowledge.
