• Fluent in both English and German
• Demonstrated senior experience of at least 1-3 years in a front-line customer facing role requiring email, voice or message board type of interactions with customers
• Understands and owns the controllable elements of service level delivery and quality KPIs
• Experience in a technical support process for web enabled software products or services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of customer personas in a diverse environment
• Demonstrates ability to analyze data, and to use it in decision making.
