Delivery is getting faster and more convenient for online shoppers around the globe. The Delivery Experience team drives programs to ensure Amazon's core delivery offers are sharp and appealing to a wide range of customer segments in a broad set of countries. How many speeds should we offer? How fast should each be? What prices should we charge? How do our offers match up against competitive alternatives? Do different customer segments have different preferences? What differences should there be in delivery experience for remote areas vs. urban ones? These are just some of the questions Delivery Experience team tackles.

**This role can be based in London, Luxembourg, or Munich**

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to design delivery experience for established marketplaces and newly launched European countries. The ideal candidate for this role is customer-obsessed, highly-motivated, comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces, and has demonstrated ability to influence across teams. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for identifying and understanding customer needs and pain points in international marketplaces. You will work with relevant tech teams to create new features and services to market and drive top and bottom line improvements. You will own the product roadmap for delivery experience, driving implementation of associated projects and initiatives across the organization. You will report progress to local leadership and WW leadership.

This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The role also requires the ability to work independently and with primary stakeholders to solve complex large-scale issues, to manage both with and without authority, and to design solutions to various problems.

Key responsibilities:
· Develop and share a deep understanding of international customer delivery experience pain points and competitive landscape
· Generate innovative ideas to address such pain points and competitive gaps, develop corresponding proposals, and define relevant functional, legal, compliance and other business requirements
· Develop and manage a product roadmap and prioritization of product enhancements in collaboration with relevant tech teams
· Develop metrics to monitor performance of relevant products
· Engage other international resources to drive projects to improve relevant products in each locale, and achieve global parity
· Develop and prioritize a roadmap of delivery experience product improvements
· Invent and simplify so that Amazon can support more countries in a scalable fashion, while maintaining a high customer experience bar
· Communicate program status to stakeholders and local leadership
