Your responsibilities

• You will own the onboarding process. You will be responsible for organising onboarding for new joiners, and will keep in touch with them throughout the entire process.
• You will be the go to person for employee queries
• You will help to build our company culture, through setting up a great working environment, including office management and other initiatives in line with our company culture & values.
• You will organize frequent (online) team events, to make sure we stay connected and aligned when the team grows.
• You will be the first point of contact for candidates and providers.
• You will support (financial) administration, managing hardware, and keeping track of our service providers.
• You will help coordinate the recruitment process for internal hiring and conduct first round interviews.

Your profile

• You are a student in an HR related field
• You will be available for 6+ months
• You show a passion for everything connected to Human Resources and the tech industry
• You work people-oriented with strong communication skills
• You have great organisational skills and a hands-on attitude
• You have both excellent English skills and great German skills
