Product Manager at High-Growth Marketplace Startup (m/f/d) in Halle (Saale)

As a product manager at our company, you'll be in charge of product discovery as well as delivery – it will be your responsibility to make sure we build the right things in the right way.

What are you going to be doing?

As our only full-time product manager, you'll be responsible for managing the product discovery as well as delivery. You'll be at the center of an ambitious team, managing all stakeholders and reporting directly to our CEO.
In your day-to-day you'll be:

  • managing engineering sprints
  • handling stakeholders
  • conducting user research
  • creating and communicating our product roadmap
  • overseeing and enhancing our product analytics system

What should you bring?

  • 3+ years of PM experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • The ability to laser-focus on the nitty gritty, while also being able to see the large picture
  • Great communication skills
  • At least some technical understanding (SQL proficiency is a plus)
  • Data-driven decision making
