To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Student Assistant in Munich, who can support our Sales-, Business Development & Account Management teams by balancing demands from several sides and understand broader objectives when tackling smaller assignments. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales and be a part of our growing DACH team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support client calls
• Manage and update sales databases
• Conduct market research and create strategies
• Manage and update CRM systems
• Review and create internal reports on clients
• Reply and process client enquiries
• Create summaries of calls and meetings
• Schedule and set up client calls

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained experience in sales and/or business development while also attend an ongoing relevant bachelor's or master's degree.

You have strong professional, organizational, and communicative skills and an attention to detail. Also, we expect you to be proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to new tasks, and quickly turn them into routine activities. As a person you are a fast learner with a robust mindset who are willing to ask questions when the scope is unclear. You are a true team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others, but you should also thrive by working independently and enjoy having responsibility.

As Banking Circle is an international company it ́s a requirement, that you are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset.

The position will be based at Banking Circles Office in Munich.
