Marketing Manager - B2B / Customer Service / HubSpot (m/f/d) in London

We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications (m/f/d), you will be responsible for creating and managing cross-channel marketing campaigns and building relationships with our channel partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a mark by helping to build a global marketing engine for a scale-up focussed on making a tangible difference in the world. You are used to fast-paced environments, take initiative and understand the importance of both brand building and demand gen activities. You are not a jack-of-all-trades, but you understand how different aspects of marketing come together and are able to manage activities across the marketing mix

Your Responsibilities

  • You drive cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email, Social, PPC and Search
  • You work closely with in-country Sales team to build relationships and leverage relevant industry forums
  • You build relationships with local channel partners and identify and execute impactful co-marketing activities
  • You manage relationships with external providers

Your Profile

  • You hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in b2b technology marketing
  • You have track record of improving conversion through iterative approach to buyer’s journey
  • You bring a demonstrative understanding of the role of various marketing channels and how they come together to realise effective campaigns
  • You understand marketing analytics
  • You have strong writing skills and an attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is welcome
  • Fluency in English completes your profile, fluency in German is also required if based in Berlin
