Your Tasks

Your Position
As a Development Manager you work in a highly qualified, cross-functional product development team to lead experimental programs on our products, thereby servicing internal and external clients.

• Plan, lead and coordinate the development of complex multiplex PCR assays for human in-vitro diagnostic products
• Develop verification and validation protocols under Design Control process in accordance with appropriate quality requirements and compliance standards
• Perform data analysis, write reports and standard operating procedures
• Scientific contribution to complex problem solving and technical development
• Training and supervision of the technical staff during the development phase and the transfer to our production

Your Profile

• Masters' degree (M.Sc.) minimum, preferably in a molecular biology or related discipline (e.g., biology, molecular medicine, biochemistry, biotechnology)
• Experiences in development in diagnostic industry or PhD experience in the field of molecular diagnostics or DNA analytics
• In depth understanding of the experimental design and statistical data analysis
• Ability to keep up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job
• Experience with the quality and regulatory requirements for development of CE-IVD products and work experience under a quality management system (ISO 9001, 13485) is strongly preferred
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in German and preferably English
