We are seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Program Manager to support the growth of Prime Video across Europe. The ideal candidate will thrive in a quickly evolving industry landscape and will be able to work cross-functionally to take big ideas and implement realistic roadmaps to deliver results. You will be expected to clearly communicate goals, roles and responsibilities, and desired outcomes to both internal leadership and cross-functional teams. You will also be expected to build and manage appropriate auditing mechanisms to monitor business performance, including gathering inputs and leading monthly and quarterly business reviews to share progress. As a Sr PM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure teams are on track against deliverables and goals. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute programs and grow professionally alongside your colleagues as well as to make autonomous decisions and own projects.

Responsibilities:
· Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to track progress and present to senior management.
· Define and execute program roadmaps based on defined business strategy
· Manage a cross-functional process to translate the desired outcome into specific tasks and owners.
· Create buy-in for the program roadmap with internal and external stakeholders.
· Track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives.
· Define and monitor key performance metrics and continually optimize operational efficiencies.
