We create top management strategies for financial services firms and turn analogue processes into digital products. From analyzing the as-is situation of the processes, drafting a roadmap of execution to the actual implementation of the process, we support our customers throughout the entire journey of digitalization with our Fintech Consulting Business.

Your Responsibilities

You will join our FinTech consulting team where you take on responsibilities, including your own projects, from day one. Every project is different but typical tasks include:

• Analyze and break down processes
• Define top management strategies and draft roadmaps
• Execute strategies and implement digital processes
• Coordinate workflows within the team
• Prepare client-ready output

Your profile

• You have a background in Natural Sciences – Technology - Business with an excellent academic record
• You are interested in the conception and development of digitalization in the financial services industry
• You bring experience via previous internships or entrepreneurial activities.
• You are interested in working at a dynamic and entrepreneurial company and taking on responsibilities on your first day
• You are able to structure processes in a formal way and communicate convincingly and effectively in German and English.
