Your mission with us:

• You will support the People Development Team along their daily business and several projects, such as leadership development, talent management and self-directed learning
• You are focussing on transforming global development programmes for local requirements, furthermore on a great employee experience
• You support ongoing administrative tasks to ensure things are handled timely and in high quality standard
• You will support the internal and external administration process for all training activities
• You will get involved in several projects for Culture & Leadership, self-directed trainings, etc.

Your profile:

• You are currently studying a field that will take us further, such as business administration, economics, psychology, etc. 
• You ideally already had some working experience in People Development
• You are a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented self-starter who can work successfully both independently and as part of a team
• You bring enthusiasm for People and you are looking for exciting tasks in which you can take on responsibility at an early stage
• You have proven organizational and strong multi-tasking and execution skills
• You are speaking perfectly German and fluent in English
