21/002Our customer is a well-known Italian industrial company, leader in high-end customized packaging for the following markets: Entertainment, Cosmetics & Perfumery, Food & Beverage, Corporate Image, Fashion & Eyewear markets.In order to further developing the European business, we are hiring an experienced Junior SALES MANAGER GERMANY (Home office)m/f/d PACKAGING INDUSTRYResponsibility:Directly reporting to the Commercial Director and following the company’s general strategy, the candidate will manage the full customers package, both existing and potential customers, in order to fully develop the German market. More in detail he/she will:Define the commercial plan for the area of competence, identifying the correct selling strategies and fixing the correct objectives in line with the Company Global Strategy; Identify the most effective sales channels; Manage the relationship with existing clients as well as developing new ones; Manage the teamof possible agents and/or distributors, recruiting and leading them according to the sales plan and the company’s values; Draw up constantly the reporting activity towards the Italian headquarter.Professional Experience: Previous sales experience within the entertainment industry would be a plus; experience in the packaging world or other industrial sectors (plastics, automotive, ect) will be also welcome.Qualification: Technical or commercial backgroundLanguages:Fluently English speaking and writing; perfect GermanNotes:In addition to sales and specific technical competences, the ideal candidate possesses good relational and communicative skills and also a natural attitude in being part of a multinational environment; he/she is also able to work independently with the right process flow and the right organization to get to challenging results.Residence: Central Germany e.G.
