ABOUT THE TEAM

 

The Early Career Talent Non- Headcount (nHC) Recruiting DACH team is responsible for the end-end hiring process within the DACH region. Our primary objective is to attract and hire the best talent for our SAP organization. This includes students and temporary up to 6 months employees.

 

THE ROLE

 

For our Early Career Talent nHC Recruiting DACH team, we are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who is confident in working in a virtual environment to join us for at least 6 months. 

As a working student (f/m/d), you will join a team of 9 colleagues who are based in Prague and you will be supporting our DACH recruiters with all activities along the hiring cycle to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruiting process. As a result, you will also be closely collaborating with other HR teams (e.g. Data Management, Local HR, HR Business Partners). 

 

You will be responsible for the following tasks: 
 
•    Maintaining and publishing job postings using both internal and external sourcing channels
•    Screening and pre-selecting potential candidates
•    Consulting and proactively communicating with hiring managers, their teams and candidates regarding inquiries related to the recruitment process 
•    Preparing posting waivers and Works Council hearings
•    Tracking contracts and organizing direct signatures in Walldorf when necessary
•    Taking part in ongoing projects related to Early Career Talent activities
 
ROLE REQUIREMENTS 
 
You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:
 
•    Studying preferably in the fields of Business Administration, HR or (Business) Psychology  
•    Having the following computer skills: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)  
•    Profound/fluent language skills in German and English – both written and spoken     
•    Besides that, you are a team player with an independent working style who is confident in working with a virtual team. 
•    Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
•    Preferably you have previous experience in HR / Recruiting (e.g. through internships) and are available for at least 6 months
•    Start date: as soon as possible

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
