Operations Analyst (f/m/d) – Aviation debt and AIFM operations fulltime / permanent / based in Luxembourg

YOUR NEW CHALLENGE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Analyst to join our Operations Team in Luxembourg. As an Operations Analyst you will be responsible for the investment administration and day-to-day management of aviation debt portfolios and play an important role within AIFM operations. The Operations Analyst will become the relationship interface for multiple parties, including investors, local service as well as internal departments across the group. The successful candidate will form part of a small and dynamic team located in Luxemburg and Frankfurt, reporting to its sub-team head as well as the Head of Operations.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the administration and day-to-day management of the Aviation debt portfolios serviced by the Prime Capital Group
• Ensure the implementation of portfolio management decisions and ongoing maintenance processes relating to alternative investment portfolios in the Private debt space, especially with respect to:

– Loan on-boardings for aircraft strategies

– Corporate actions and restructuring

– Reconciliation of loan cashflows

• Deal Support and operational input delivery to Portfolio Management and/or the Legal and Structuring Team
• Monitor and prepare note valuations and ensure all payment obligations to noteholders are met
• Monitor the liquidity structure of investment vehicles under management, and assist in their cash flow planning and reconciliation as well as fee and invoice controlling
• Assist with the compliance of the group’s valuation framework for several portfolios in particular:

– Validation of asset pricing

– Reconciliation of fund accounts and validation of NAV reports as computed by external administrators

• Coordinate annual and semi-annual audits
• Prepare and manage the operational AIFM input for information and reporting tasks towards:

– Investors, Directors, Regulators, Brokers, Databases and other stakeholders in respect of alternative investment portfolios

OUR ASSET, YOUR TALENT

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in similar positions in the financial services industry, preferably with an asset manager or fund administrator
• Demonstrable working knowledge of capital markets, in particular with respect to the Securitization law of Luxembourg and administrative servicing of asset management portfolios
• Reliable self-starter with an independent work attitude as well as exceptional organisation and coordination skills, project management skills would be advantageous
• Commercial judgment with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities, with a strong focus on results and outcomes
• Keen perception, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
