As (Junior) E-Mail Marketing Manager - Benelux at the AUTO1 Group you are part of our large international marketing team with highly motivated and ambitious marketing professionals. We carry out all acquisition and conversion optimization activities completely internally, thus offering you the best environment for a steep learning curve. In your role, you will manage, analyze and optimize data-driven email performance for Belgium and the Netherlands. You can selectively optimize the customer journey, contributing to better customer experience and the growth of the Auto1 business. Are you looking for a dynamic environment to boost your career? Your new role • Create innovative communication concepts to optimize the user journey for our automated e-mail triggers and e-mail campaigns • Analyze and optimize the performance of several million email sends per month for our consumer brands like Website and Website • Take responsibility for identifying data trends and proactively initiate growth projects • Independently set up A/B testing to improve the CRM relevant KPIs. For this purpose, you have internal design and tech resources at your disposal • Gain a full understanding of our internally developed sending system, develop improvements and new sending logics Your skills • Several years of experience in CRM or e-mail marketing • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset and an interest in facing analytical challenges by diving deep into large datasets with Tableau and Excel • You are constantly questioning the status quo and are constantly looking for ways to optimize performances • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and challenges are chances to improve yourself • Perfectly fluent in Dutch, English a prerequisite and a second foreign language, eg.
