IT Helpdesk Job - 100% Remote. (m/w/x) in Berlin

Was du machen wirst:

Das ist kein Call-Center Job! Wir suchen motivierte Nebenjobber, die Interesse haben über digitale Technik etwas zu lernen und unsere Kunden bei der Administration unserer Software zu helfen. Wir haben eine Plattform entwickelt, mit der Kunden faszinierende E-Learning Kurse erstellen können. Unsere Kunden werden damit kreativ und wir stehen ihnen beratungstechnisch hierfür zur Seite. Du überwachst unsere Systeme und führst kleinere IT-technische Eingriffe vor.

Dich begleitet während deinem Remote Job ein Ausbilder für Mediengestaltung Digital und Print (IHK). Wir bringen dir unsere Software bei und was es alles dabei zu beachten gibt.

Außerdem ist "Lernen" bei uns die Devise. Das ist nicht nur ein bezahlter Job sondern wir bringen dir etwas bei!

Innerhalb der Zeit lernst du:

Wie man Lightroom, Lumafusion, Photoshop, Premiere sowie Kameraequipment nutzt um damit tolle Lehrinhalte zu erstellen. Du unterstützt den Kunden dabei und lernst über CAD und 3Dimensionale Objekte, 360° Panoramen und Videos. Du erfährst wie moderne Websoftware entwickelt wird und wie ein Helpdesk funktioniert. Du weißt nicht was SLA (Service Level Agreements) sind? Keine Sorge. Ein bisschen Enthusiasmus für Digitale Medien und wir bringen dir alles bei.

Wir führen dich einmal komplett durch die Medienwelt, sodass du danach in jedem Fall nicht nur ein wenig Taschengeld mitgenommen hast. Du nimmst etwas mit, was du später einsetzen kannst. Auch das ist uns wichtig.

Du unterstützt uns dafür mit 40h Arbeit im Monat, bei der du die Zeiten in Abstimmung mit uns nach deinem Studium oder einem weiteren Job ausrichtest. (Mindestens aber an 4 Tagen pro Woche mit freier Zeiteinteilung). Du schreibst und beantwortest Anfragen unserer Kunden per E-Mail oder Telefon. 

Bei kritischen Ereignissen und Bereitschaften (bei Supportanfragen) ermöglichen wir dir eine Zulage und vergüten dich dann zusätzlich zum Grundentgelt.

6 months with option of extension
Part-time job subject to social security contributions in the education company for digital education.
