D-PLZ 2 (3) IT (1) The MK Management GmbH is a 100-percent daughter of the MK-Kliniken AG. As the CIO your are the Leader and decision-maker over the companies IT. You will implement strategies and select technologies for our business improvement. The CIO will be responsible for maintaining technology, IT staff, and our infrastructure and collaborate with other executives and project managers to assess resource use, ensuring the companies technological processes and services comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations. Strategic planning of business growth objectives Developing and managing IT budget Collaborate with senior management throughout the company Negotiation with partners, services and equipment suppliers Project monitoring, management, implementation and integration of new systems Following the latest technologies, proposing new solutions and improving the existing ones Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, safety and security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing of goods and service delivery Digitalizing of processes using the cutting-edge technology Ihr Profil Experience with MS SQL Server, DOT.NET, Windows Server and Domain Controller Experience with Microsoft Azure Services Experience with networks, telecommunication systems, and hardware Familiar with AI and machine learning Familiar with IoT Experience in fields of data governance and analytics Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field Eight to ten years of experience in information technology roles; five years in management or leadership role Excellent analytical and time-management skills Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Big picture thinker Proficient in English, German is a plus Experience in shipping industry is a plus Competitive salary and social benefits A permanent, full-time job with flexible working hours In-house canteen, fresh fruit and drinks A permanent, full-time job with flexible working hours (flexitime)
