Responsibilities:

• You take on the professional and disciplinary management of one of our logistics teams
• You are responsible for the conception and implementation of our warehousing and transportation strategy
• Together with your team, you define and manage our global warehouses, carriers and logistics service providers efficiently
• You monitor, ensure and improve their performance regarding quality, costs and service level
• You develop, implement and share best-practice processes such as for tendering, contracts, service-level-agreements
• You ensure that the team progress is tracked and communicated to others and take care that the team members develop

Your Profile:

• University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject or have relevant working experience in this area
• You are customer oriented, have strong communication skills and a good stakeholder management
• You have a proven track record of developing and managing team members
• You are a self-starter, have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems
• You are conceptually strong and have a can do-mentality
• You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented
• You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills – German language skills are an advantage, but no must
