What are you going to do:
- Running quality interviews with our beta testers and share the results with our Product and Marketing teams
- Updating our internal Jira (Ticketing System) with information about technical issues
- Collaborating with technical teams on fixing the issues
- Providing daily customer support in English to the customers
- Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
The job pays 10€ / hour.

What we ask:
- Enrolled in a state-recognized university
- You are studying Information Technology or a similar technical degree
- Understanding the basics of how CRM systems work
- Interest in solving technical issues
- Basic understanding how different things work from a technical perspective
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Fluent English Skills, another language is a plus
- Would be a bonus: Experience using CRM software, help desk software and remote support tools and with with Zendesk, Jira & Confluence
- Would be a bonus: Experience as a Customer Support Specialist and knowledge / experience with Classical Music
