Assistant in Customer Support in Berlin

Our company is building a revolutionary product which will affect the way millions of people study and play music every day. Enote is an intelligent mobile application which will provide millions of amateurs and professionals instant access to the majority of world’s musical heritage. We are searching for a passionate student to create, assist and structure our customer support department.

What are you going to do:

  • Running quality interviews with our beta testers and share the results with our Product and Marketing teams
  • Updating our internal Jira (Ticketing System) with information about technical issues
  • Collaborating with technical teams on fixing the issues
  • Providing daily customer support in English to the customers
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance

The job pays 10€ / hour.

What we ask:

  • Enrolled in a state-recognized university
  • You are studying Information Technology or a similar technical degree
  • Understanding the basics of how CRM systems work
  • Interest in solving technical issues
  • Basic understanding how different things work from a technical perspective
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Fluent English Skills, another language is a plus
  • Would be a bonus: Experience using CRM software, help desk software and remote support tools and with with Zendesk, Jira & Confluence
  • Would be a bonus: Experience as a Customer Support Specialist and knowledge / experience with Classical Music
