TypeScript NodeJS Developer (m/w/d) in Berlin

In order to develop our next generation true serverless software stack we are looking for experienced TypeScript/Javascript Developers (f/m/d) who are proficient in developing backend and serverless applications with NodeJS. The primary focus of the role will be developing serverless TypeScript functions on our monorepo software stack, implementing and executing them following well-known software development best practices.

Your Responsibilities

• You develop and maintain all server-side serverless components and their "ops" parts using AWS CDK as well as high-performance applications/functions by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
• You implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions
• You work closely with other developers to improve overall infrastructure

Your Profile

• You are proficient in server side NodeJS and its ecosystem (such as express, nestjs, AWS Lambda)
• You are familiar with newer specifications of EcmaScript, GraphQL and with modern software build pipelines and tools
• You bring knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• You are able to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Strong experience with popular bundlers (such as Webpack, Parcel, Rollup) is a plus
• You hold a DevOps mindset and day to day experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, and Mocha
