Was du machen wirst:

As a Growth Intern (3-6 months), you are part of Niro’s cross-functional Marketing and Sales Team. You will be working closely with our founding team on acquiring customers and driving retention – both as an executor as well as a strategist. We value personal and professional development – that's why we established the Niro Academy, a 12-week program alongside your internship in which you'll learn the fundamentals and best practices of web development and clickflows.

What you'll do

  • Support our key customers, such as BCG Digital Ventures, LVM Versicherung and Heinz von Heiden, in leveraging our software
  • Conduct market research on potential customer segments
  • Support developing sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct sales calls and develop presentations for potential customers
  • Create analytics reports that help us getting insights about our marketing and sales performance

What you'll bring

  • Excellent language skills in English and German – both written and verbal
  • Passion and motivation for learning, analyzing and experimenting
  • A “let’s do this” mentality: High ownership, proactiveness, enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time university-program
  • Previous experience in startups (ideally with a focus on growth), consulting or VC/PE
