PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The mission of Global Post Sales Processes (GPSP) as part of the board area Intelligent Enterprise Group (IEG) is to ensure a seamless post sales experience for all customers across all Lines of Business, spanning all the way from entitlement to renewal. Key objectives are the simplification and harmonization of post sales processes and systems in close alignment with SAP’s development, sales and support teams.
The SAP Trust Center team as part of GPSP, drives programs and tools for cloud availability communication and transparency on how SAP runs in the cloud. The SAP Trust Center is a public-facing website on sap.com, designed to provide unified and easy access to trust related content where users can initiate requests, engage with SAP, and collect all assets and information they need.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Tasks will include:

  • Support day-to-day management of collaboration and project activities
  • Provide guidance on all incoming request related to security, privacy, and compliance via the SAP Trust Center inbox
  • Support content management activities by identifying new topic areas and content improvement by conducting a competitive analysis
  • Create customer facing material following the SAP branding guidelines
  • Plan, prepare, record, and edit videos and voice recordings
  • Create social media content
  • Update and improve templates for customer material
  • Create presentations for internal executives and employees
  • Support and prepare for SAP events, such as SAPPHIRE, TechEd, and SAP-internal events

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: communication, design, brand management, or a related field
  • Strong skills: Adobe suite, common graphical editing tools, MS Office suite, social media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Interest in design, photography, and content development
  • Familiar with social media and various enablement channels
  • Reporting and analytical capabilities, flexibility and focus on results
  • Proactive and self-dependent working style, goal-orientation and affinity to structure
  • Soft Skills: Open-minded personality and a solution-based approach to problem solving, enthusiasm, team-orientation, creativity and flexibility

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
