The company is an independently operating full subsidiary of KLM, Royal Dutch Airlines. Our customer is located in Amsterdam and manages Customer Care Centers in Amsterdam and Enschede. The company serves direct and Internet customers, travel agents and travel managers, from European countries for KLM, Northwest Airlines and other airlines. Supervisor Flying Dutchman Front Office

Department:
Flying Dutchman is the frequent flyer loyalty program of KLM, Royal Dutch Airlines. The Flying Dutchman department consists of two units: the Front Office and Middle Office.
The Front Office gives customer services (information) to the members of Flying Dutchman and enables them to consume their built up loyalty.
Function:
The supervisor Flying Dutchman Front Office, translates, implements and controls, within the guidelines set by departmental management, the company Operations Flying Dutchman strategy within his/her team. He/she executes high quality people management in order to create both well understood procedures and highly motivated, loyal and capable employees through which the clients satisfaction can be maintained or improved and the unit/departmental goals and targets can be obtained.
The Supervisor Flying Dutchman Front Office is responsible for:
- The high quality (people) management of the Mentor Customer Care Representatives FD, Senior Customer Care Representatives FD and Customer Care Representatives within the department,
- The translation, implementation and execution of the company Flying Dutchman strategy to his/her department in such a way that the position of company and the client is served in the best possible manner,
- Advice and support to the Manager Flying Dutchman and Operations Manager as partner in business in all company Flying Dutchman related issues (asked or own initiative).

Job requirements:
- Preferably a Dutch native speaker with English fluency, and preferably one other European Language (written and spoken),
- Working experience of at least 2 years in the customer relations area of a Loyalty Program/Frequent Flyer Program or a commercial and service oriented company is required,
- A higher professional vocational education is desirable,
- Previous experience of at least one year as a Team Manager or Supervisor is essential for this position,
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and internet.
Salary:
Start salary between EUR 29.901,31 and EUR 36.308,75,-- gross per annum, depending on knowledge and experience.
