What are you going to do:

Berlin - the main city in Germany, well known for it's fancy, trendsetting atmosphere and unlimited opportunities. So join the company that is the expert in secure mail business as a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)!

More about your future job - You are helping the customers and dealers with their inquiries and issues over the phone, mail or chat and support with them with payments or deliveries. As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) you are also part of exciting projects, helping to improve current processes.

What we ask:
