Internship - People Analytics & HR Services in Regensburg

For the People Analytics & HR Services, we are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) for 6 months with starting date as soon as possible and February 2020. After the internship it is possible to write a thesis.

Your tasks include:

• Creation and analysis of reports and evaluations regarding HR KPIs with tools like KNIME, R, Power BI
  
• Creation and implementation of campaigns to raise data quality in our HR systems
  
• Support strategic projects, for example worldwide footprint analysis
  
• Maintenance of scorecards
