As part of the board area Cloud Business Group, the line of business SAP Customer Experience (CX) Engineering and Operations is re-imaging Customer Experience to emphasize its great portfolio of cloud products which covers every step in the process, from the first contact a customer has with a company through to when they choose to buy from it. SAP achieves this by integrating various solutions for marketing, sales, and customer relationship management.
In the Chief Operating Officer’s team (COO) of SAP CX Engineering and Operations we support in the fields of e.g. strategy development and execution, portfolio management and monitoring and are driving cross topics of strategic relevance, like Data Protection & Privacy, Security, Quality etc.
