For a telecom operator in The Hague we are looking for a shop support officer.

The function’s main task and result areas are:

Ensure maximum service delivery through evaluation and measures for Shopsupport.

Manage the repair and/or replacements of the assets in the shops.

Use Lotus Notes call log system to log,report and create statistics.

Control and take care of licensing visual and purchasing.

Co-ordinate several teams on transversal issues.

Administer renewal of assets.

Preparation and rollout of IT-systems (hard- & software) for new shops and projects
