PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP’s competitive advantage lies in the ability to deliver a modern and consistent end-to-end enterprise User Experience (UX) across all solutions.  Our mission is to drive SAP’s user experience strategy, lead design in product development across SAP, and ensure that we are always evolving and defining the future of User Experience at SAP.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We require a working student to support our communications and administrative responsibilities as part of the Business Services team in the SAP User Experience unit.
The Business Services team is responsible to keep the business of our unit running. This means that we support the daily work and processes of our unit and are also responsible for planning and executing internal communication measures for our own teams and across SAP.
The working student we are looking for is skilled and passionate about communication and who also has a great service mentality and project management capabilities. In a small team and international set-up, the student will be able to actively support the planning and execution of our communication activities (blog posts, social media, event organization). In addition, we need this person to support with various day-to-day administrative tasks that support our UX teams to best do their work.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m) - preferred field(s) of study:  Communications, Business Administration, Economics or a related course of study
  • Computer skills:  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook is a must
  • Language skills:  Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory), German (beneficial)
  • Skills:  strong communication skills, good self-organization, structured and reliable working attitude, pro-activeness, ability to interact with diverse project teams / stakeholders, project management work experience is appreciated
