The office in Amsterdam, which conducts its internal communication in English, has employees representing many different nationalities. There are 2 Trainer job opportunities coming up in the software area and we would like to invite you to become one of team members.

Your tasks as a Trainer are:
As a Trainer, you provide the highest level of training for new employees and provide the highest quality of on going training for existing employees. 80% of your time will be spent on training, 20 % to keep product and systems knowledge up to date. As part of your duties you will be introducing new employees into your teams.

In order to achieve this you will:

•Maintain the highest level of technical product knowledge and expertise in the specified software products and become knowledgeable in new versions and products as assigned;
•Responsible for requisition, creation and allocation of all training and support materials;
•Responsible for maintaining training register of all sessions trained for assigned product group;
•Responsible for preparation, presentation and delivery of classes for new employees.
•Responsible for on going training of existing products, including new versions;
•Work closely with Team managers and mentors and product champions to identify, prepare and deliver supplementary materials and training as needed on various technical issues;
•Act in a mature and professional manner towards customers, vendors and other employees at all times.

Requirements

•Excellent English, verbal and written, in combination with an other European language is a preference;
•Excellent presentation skills;
•Strong team-oriented focus;
•Ability to impart knowledge at various levels;
•Aptitude for quick learning of technical and procedural topics;
•Self starting, self motivating, self learning work approach;
•Ability to coordinate multiple, dissimilar activities simultaneously;
•Ability to work with minimal supervision and affinity for team-based action planning;
•Working knowledge of industry experience publishing, digital imaging, multimedia or web design;
•Expertise with all relevant operating systems, including without Windows 95/98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Macintosh;
•Stress resistance;
•Previous training experience (preferably in a technical and/or business environment;
•Flexibility in working
