YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• ensure direct & indirect customer service within the whole store by understanding your local area and customer needs
• deliver a positive and inclusive customer service environment in your store
• follow the store’s best practice routines for an efficient and high level service in logistic, fitting room, sales floor and cash desk operations
• ensure an effective & efficient garment flow and overview the stockroom
• keep the store up to date with the latest campaigns
• be responsible of a high fashion, yet locally commercial garment presentation
• support your Store Manager in seizing sale driving actions and in reaching the daily, weekly and monthly goals
• create an inviting and high standard visual atmosphere from the stores inside floors to the outside areas including windows

YOUR PROFILE

• you are a person with a „happy to help“ attitude and you communicate in a warm and genuine way
• you enjoy working in a team in a fast paced environment
  
• you eventually have made your first experiences in retail and know how to drive sales in store
• you love fashion and sustainability plays a big role in your life
• you have good communication skills in  German and English

Start:  November 2019

Type:  part- time flexible (10-30hrs)
