PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP User Experience team defines the face of the SAP products. We have dramatically simplified our user experience with SAP Fiori ( ). We are now looking for you as experienced interaction designer to join us in driving this change going forward. Together with our customers we innovate on product design and methodology. In highly dynamic focused projects we cultivate teamwork and entrepreneurship to explore new ways to define enterprise software.
The SAP User Experience team creates the interaction design concepts, layouts, patterns, controls and guidelines that are used across all areas of the organization as well as by our customers and partners (). Together with the core UI development teams we assure the implementation and delivery of designs and tools for our product development teams. We develop strategic product designs to seed new concepts and designs into the organization. You will become part of an exciting and international team of designers that works in the heart of SAP with touch points to all continents and cultures.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You are curious, creative and committed to quality? Together with experienced interaction designers you will create designs, prototypes, and presentations
Tasks will include one or more of the following:

• General administrative support
• Editing of internal and external information (e.g. presentations, webpages)
• Planning and coordination of internal and external meetings (virtual and on-site), including logistical support
• Helping with continuing improvement of the team's tools, templates and practices
• You will gain deep expertise in the processes and daily needs in a software company. We set the focus on the user experience of SAP’s products.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
• Computer skills: Familiar with MS products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Soft skills: Self-driven and highly-motivated, able to work independently and organize own workload
• Others: Reliable Allrounder
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in German and English

Preferred skills

• Experience with HTML, Wordpress or Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
