Internship - International HR Management & Communications in Hannover

For our central department “Human Relations Manufacturing & Logistics Tires” in Hannover-Stöcken, we are looking for a dependable, reliable and well-organized intern (m/f/diverse) with strong communication skills and a distinct quality awareness to start immediately.
Our international 25-heads team supports over 37.000 employees at 22 tire production locations worldwide and counts on the energetic and valuable contributions of our highly motivated and committed interns.

Job Description:

• Independent planning and execution of projects
  
• Support of various international projects in the field of HR (Talent Management, Safety & Health and more)
  
• Creation of communication materials, such as posters, logos, presentations, videos, etc.
  
• Further development and networking of global communities in the social network of Continental
  
• Organization and planning of international events

The Tire division is known for maximizing safety through short braking distances and excellent grip as well as reducing fuel consumption by minimizing rolling resistance. Tires are the vehicle’s only link with the road. They transmit all forces onto the road. It is the tire technology that determines whether a vehicle is able to stop in time and stay in the correct lane during cornering maneuvers.
