PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The COO HR function partners with all HR areas to turn the HR strategy into reality. The COO HR function ensures that HR plans and executes in line with SAP´s Corporate Strategy and the HR Strategy. It strengthens organizational alignment and helps provide SAP with simple and efficient HR processes and service excellence across all HR pillars and Board Areas to deliver the value our internal customers expect and to ultimately create great consumer experiences. Using people analytics of experience and operational data, we, the People Insights team, as part of COO HR, create insights and turn them into great experience for our talent.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As the position incumbent, you will help drive innovative people analytics bringing together operational and experience data. Jointly with us, we will raise the bar and provide you with a steep learning curve. We expect you to bring in your outside-in perspective and to leverage your strong analytical skills. As an intern (f/m/d), your tasks will include:

• Help design and roll out global strategic surveys
• Learn and apply project management in an agile set-up
• Create training, enablement and communication materials for different target audiences
• Run deep-dive analysis with a focus on the combination of experience data (X) and organizational data (O) to drive meaningful business decisions
• Compile and consolidate data, and provide analyses of Human Resource metrics

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Studying preferably in the fields I/O Psychology, Business Administration, Social Science, Economics or equivalent with HR background; candidates working towards a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics will also be considered
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Fluency in English, additional language would be a plus
• Expertise regarding analysis approaches, tools and systems
• Communication (written & verbal), networking and listening capabilities
• Analytical mindset paired with a can-do mentality
• Comfortable of learning and utilizing a variety of reporting applications, systems and tools
