PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Innovation & Experience Marketing team develops visionary showcases, that enable our customers to experience SAP’s innovation power. Our objective is to inspire customers with ground-breaking storytelling built into showcases. All showcases are using the latest innovation topics (e.g. Machine Learning, Blockchain and IoT) and present those topics in combination with SAP solutions and trending technologies like augmented reality or eye-tracking. The diverse team consists of marketers, architects as well as developers.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
At SAP you explore already today an exciting work environment. We are looking for a self-driven and highly motivated intern (f/m/d) to support the Innovation & Experience Marketing team. Your main tasks:

• Support showcase development for events and digital from ideation, to creation, production and roll-out.
• Support marketing activities to promote showcases as e.g. our internal team web page.
• Drive organizational topics as e.g. managing the event overview and bookings, answering requests, budget support and reporting.
• Help with event setup, coordination and logistics for the showcases.
• Present showcases at events.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Design or related field of study.
• Computer skills: Strong Outlook, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Language skills: Fluent German and English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a multinational and multi-cultural team spread across multiple time zones
• Strong organizational skills and result-oriented
• Open minded, quick learner, interested in new topics. Proactively contributing ideas.
• Good communication skill and comfortable with presentation at events (in German and English)
• Outgoing personality
• Team player and networking skills
• Working experience (internship/working student) is an advantage.

Preferred duration 6 months.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
