PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Digital Supply Chain – PLM and Engineering is part of the Intelligent Enterprise organization of SAP. This area focuses on Intelligent Product design supporting companies to ideate on new products, design them, launch them and learn from customer usage.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a working student (f/m/d) in the area Digital Supply Chain – PLM and Engineering, you will work closely together with the Chief of Staff of our organization and support different activities throughout our development cycles

  • Maintain Wiki, Jam and other communicated platforms 
  • Prepare reporting and analyze results, e.g. on budget 
  • Support the creation of communication material, e.g. power point presentations
  • Support user administration for external workforce 
  • Support staffing activities for internal workforce 
  • Support social media activities 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field(s) of study: business administration, economics, business engineering, business information technology
  • Computer skills: Must have good knowledge of MS Office; basic programming skills are a plus
  • Soft skills: Team player with excellent communication skills and used to work independently. Problem solving and results orientation. Service attitude.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, strong interest in project management

WORK EXPERIENCE
Internships at SAP or other companies are a plus. Experience in product lifecycle management related work environments is a plus.
