PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
SAP Digital Business Services is a global organization supporting the world’s largest companies running SAP solutions. With our highly motivated employees worldwide and team of more than 500 employees in Europe Middle East & Africa we offer comprehensive services for every aspect of customers' software implementation. We enable and support our customers IT solutions’ operations, upgrades, continuous improvement and quality management.
Customer systems and business processes require high standards of quality for business success. Our Delivery organization provides the services that help maintain that level. As part of SAP Enterprise Support, customers receive a range of preventive services designed to ensure optimal performance, availability and maintainability of their solution.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Within the support organization we are continuously developing new service offerings. You will support our team during the testing phases of these new services by reviewing the generated results, technical analysis, root cause analysis and feedback to development.
You will work closely with the delivery team in Dresden and communicate with involved parties of the SAP DBS. During your internship you will get to know SAP products and service portfolio
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
