PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 
We are looking for a working student to support the team for Strategic Partnerships in the Digital Supply Chain.  The Digital Supply Chain looks after the portfolio and the Go-to-Market for SAP’s solutions for Design, Engineering, Planning, Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution, Operations, and Maintenance. Within the team we have a group which is focused on strategic partnerships with our customers, and with providers of technology, hardware and integration services.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Content preparation for presentations
  • Market Research 
  • Support in blogging/newsletters and internal communication activities 
  • Assistance in research activities 
  • Strategic projects/assignments support
  • General administrative support

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences (final year preferred) 
  • Preferred field(s) of study:  Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related field of study 
  • Computer skills:  MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Share Point and Microsoft Teams
  • Language skills:  Good English skills in oral and written form, German would be helpful 
  • Soft skills: Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team spread across multiple time zones, good organizational skills, structural way of working, self-motivated, flexible, quick learner, empathic, communicative.
  • Others:  A basic understanding of SAPs product portfolio is beneficial 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
