PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The SAP Transformation Office (SAP TO), as part of the Intelligent Enterprise Group board area, aims to support SAP’s lines of businesses in their accountability to drive simplification within their domain. To achieve this goal, our team works closely together with the SAP TopX Run Simple transformation programs; pooling process experts who think across board area boundaries to design efficient and effective E2E processes, derive respective IT requirements and the assurance of a seamless interface into the IT organization.
We are ensuring program management excellence and creating synergies and transparency between programs by fostering communication and providing a common collaboration platform.
We are looking for an ambitious working student to support the SAP Transformation Office PMO in the areas of program management and controlling.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Tasks include but not limited to:

• Manage program budgets, forecasts and 3rd party suppliers
• Share program management practices and align with SAP Consulting practices
• Support communication activities between TopX Program, involved projects and change management team

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Student at university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business/Organizational Studies, Information Technology or any interdisciplinary studies are welcome!
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Strong Excel knowledge is required) 
• Language skills: fluent English (mandatory), fluent German (highly preferred)
• Basic Project Management skills preferred
• Soft skills:
  • High level of proactivity and self-organization
  • Good attention to detail and well organized
  • Flexibility and readiness to learn new skills
  • Thinks creatively and innovatively
