Commercial Projectmanager

The SSR provides pre-sale services consultancy to customers via phone, helps sales with quotations and answer customer proposal requests on services/solutions and supports the field based Systems Consultants. Solutions offered are based on Dell’s industry standards. Working in a team environment, the ability to work across functions as well as to take the initiative to achieve results is essential.

Task description
The Solution Group (SG) is part of Dell’s sales community and therefore seen as a full sales segment. The Solutions Sales Representative is functionally responsible for selling the company’s portfolio of Solutions to the accounts in the allocated segment by the internal sales organization.

- To achieve all targets set quarterly by senior management;
- Assists in large solutions opportunities - meeting or exceeding solutions quota;
- Provides pre-sale consultation on Dell’s services;
- Acts as a knowledge resource for internal customers (sales) and external customer for services;
- Identifies weaknesses in sales knowledge and supports them through training or coaching as appropriate;
- Provides competitive product positioning in relation to Dell’s services;
- Assists sales team in managing Enterprise and Client related projects and bids;
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of emerging solutions and their implications on customer solutions;
- Works closely with services partners to provide solutions for customer environment. Translate partner offer in customer offered total solution.

Qualifications
- Preferably educated to degree level;
- 3-5 years ICT Solutions experience;
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Proven ICT Solutions and commercial ability at previous job level;
- A high degree of customer focus;
- Excellent understanding of Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
