Back Office Area Manager
We are recruiting a Back-Office Area Manager for a multinational company based in Girona. This person will be responsible to offer support to all customers, clients and team-members and deal with administrative tasks, generating department reports and maintaining updated the internal database. Fluent German and English language skills required.

As a Back-Office Area Manager you will have to ensure that all customer, payments, queries, processed orders etc. are entered into the relevant systems (internal system and SAP) so that all processes are followed and customers invoiced in an accurate and timely manner.
You will also be responsible of the web customer care and stores in Europe (France,Belgium, Sweden etc.)
You will be in charge to ensure:
-Building up and managing a customer relationships.
-Liaise with internal departments for problem solution.
-Assisting the complaints to resolve issues.
-Handle incoming calls and do front office support as well as general administrative issues.
-Handle queries and complaints through the web of the company.
-Follow up of clients and customers.
-Deal with all customer queries relating to billing, documentation etc., on a daily basis.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
-With Native level of German + excellent level of English
Experience
-1 – 2 years of previous experience in Administrative tasks, Back-Office or similar, preferably in a multinational company.
Skills
-Excellent customer facing skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good decision making skills and close attention to detail

-Proven ability to identify customer needs and respond proactively.
