Business Development at multinational IT Company in 3 countries (Singapore, Malaysia and country of origin (France/Spain/UK/Germany/ Benelux/ Scandinavia/ Europe)

Length of internship: approx. 6 months (3-4 months in Singapore, approx. 1 month in Malaysia, 2 months in home country of intern), Start Date: Flexible

This multinational IT-pioneer is the market leader in the field of accounting software with 170 employees worldwide and its headquarters in Singapore with subsidiaries all over Asia.

Internship:
For its further growth and expansion into Europe it is looking for highly motivated European interns with business acumen and the will to achive ambitious goals. If the performance is superior, the intern will be employed by the company to set up a branch in his home country for further Business Development or to be part of the team in Asia.

Internship Tasks:
- Get to know the company and its organisation in Singapore (3-4 months) and Malaysia (1 month). Supported by a mentor, the intern will become an expert regarding this sophisticated software, learn how to sell it and how to take care of the customers’ needs.
- Planning and Conducting of market research and marketing in home countries
- Strategic Partnership Executive and Business Development in the home country (ca. 2 months)


Specific projects for the intern:
- Conduct a successful market entry of the company in Europe.
- Telemarketing, Updation of Database, Data Mining.
- Increase customer loyalty, organise customer meets, taking feedback from users, Liasing with industry partners, universities, CPA Firms.

Remuneration:
In Singapore and Malaysia: S$600-700 per month, help to find accommodation,
subsidized in your home country depending on living costs.
