PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

You are a well-structured and communicative person who is passionate about engaging with customers as well as working on organizational tasks? In our young and growing team at the SAP New Ventures and Technologies Team you will have the opportunity to support the Customer Engagements & Strategy team in driving customer engagements.

You will be able to learn about international business, gain working experience with diverse teams and get insights about latest technologies such as Blockchain and Machine Learning.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As Intern - Customer Engagements & Strategy you will:

• Support in preparing and running customer workshops and meetings (e.g. meeting preparation, preparation of presentations and briefings)

• Organize and coordinate customer events (e.g. room bookings, catering reservations, travel, logistics)

• Support the team in strategic initiatives, reporting responsibilities and project management for internal projects and customer co-innovations

• Prepare and support managerial administrative tasks (e.g. travel bookings, calendar coordination)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Advanced student of a university or a university of applied sciences

• Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration or related fields

• Computer skills: Advanced MS Office, CRM is a plus

• Language skills: Fluent in English and preferably advanced/ fluent in German

• Soft skills:

  • Proactive, communicative, team-oriented and hands-on working style; open-mindedness, intercultural sensitivity; reliable and diligent
  • Strong interpersonal skills, writing and verbal communication skills to an advanced level

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter (incl. availability and further course of study), a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
